Mind Body Barre Method - Signature Class

This 60 minute class dedicated to your mind, body and soul. This full body workout is composed of resistance training exercises that focus on the alignment & strengthening of the body using free weights, barre work and finishing on the mats for core work and seat exercises. Our signature Lavender Infused Reiki Healing Cool-Down® is a meditative 10 minutes including yoga inspired stretches and breath-work designed to improve flexibility and reduce stress.

The cool down is a specifically designed relaxation and healing technique promoting mind/body connectedness on the leading wake of science and innovation. Through guided meditation, this cool down will help to reduce stress and increase flexibility in the mind, body & spirit. Using Reiki-inspired healing, aromatherapy, assisted stretch, and touch therapy, our cool down promotes body awareness and allows each individual to sharpen their intuition, connect with their own inspiration, and most importantly discover and honor their true authentic self.

Balls & Bands

A spin off of a standard barre class. In this hour long class, you will be using a variety of equipment including weighted balls, resistance bands, ankle weights and more! Each class incorporates a series of pushups and planks. Think barre, just amped up a bit.

Ebb & Flow

A barre class focused on fluid movements. This class begins on your mat with a sequence of stretches to lengthen and warm your muscles. You will use free weights and resistance bands to work your entire body, while incorporating intentional pauses inspired by your favorite yoga poses.

Barre Abbreviated  

The Mind Body Barre® Method Signature Class, just abbreviated. This 45 minute class includes all of the elements of a standard barre class (including the cooldown) except for a mid-class stretch. Don’t be fooled by the name, it may be a shorter class, but you will most certainly get a full body workout.

Relax & Restore

This hour long class is full of stretching and mindful meditation. While working through that physical tension, you will begin to release in both the mind and body. Each participant receives Reiki healing during meditation. You will be sure to leave this class feeling refreshed, restored and relaxed.

Endurance Barre

A formatted 45 minute, full body toning and sculpting workout from start to finish. Endurance Barre utilizes compound exercises and strategic cardio intervals to maximize caloric burn, build lean muscle and increase metabolic rate. This class is barre inspired, while adding bursts of cardio and strength training that will get your heart rate up and work your entire body! Ankle weights are encouraged.

Tabata Barre

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring heart rate heightening exercises that last four minutes (20 second high, 10 second rest). In Tabata Barre you will work through traditional barre exercises, both at the barre and on your mat, broken up by four Tabata bursts! This combination will not only get your heart rate up into that fat burning zone, but also tone and strengthen your entire body.

B & B

Balls & Bands Abbreviated, get it? A spin off of a standard barre class. In this 45 minute version of our Balls & Bands class, you will be using a variety of equipment including weighted balls, resistance bands, ankle weights and more!


30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, incorporating high intensity intervals of cardio, barre and strength exercises, with restorative stretches between.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses. In Vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.

Pound. Rockout. Workout.

Any workout can be set to music, but POUND is the only workout that puts you in charge of the music. In the same way your favorite song motivates you to power through the tail-end of the most grueling workout, POUND fuses the most challenging series of core, leg, and upper body conditioning moves with cardio interval training and most importantly, the fun (and distraction) of drumming. Through continual upper body motion using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix, you'll turn into a calorie-torching drummer.

Buti Yoga

"Buti" – is an indian Marathi word meaning “the cure to something kept hidden or secret”. BUTI® Yoga takes yoga to a new level integrating tribal dancing, cardio, plyometrics and yoga asana. This class is a fun, invigorating, and empowering take on the yoga we know and love. This powerful combination helps to unleash the Shakti, align the chakras, and nurture the feminine spirit.

Buti Sculpt

Buti® Sculpt is a 30 minute HIIT class that uses Spiral Structure Technique® movements during High Intensity segments to SCULPT + TONE then entire body while moving seamlessly into Low Intensity static yoga asanas to stretch the opposing muscle group enhancing recovery speed and preventing injury. Class alternates between 40 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 20 seconds of low intensity asana. 

Hot Core

HotCore® is a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, Hotcore® is the perfect add-on class to enhance core strength. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid "drag" or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore® build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine.

Barre Basics

Have you been wanting to try out a barre class, but are unsure of what to expect? This 30 minute class follows the structure of a standard barre class. In this class, new clients will not only get a taste of what’s to come, but also learn some basics about form and technique. You will leave this class feeling confident and ready for all we have to offer! Each new client who purchases a class package will receive this class FREE of charge. New clients are encouraged to attend, but not mandated.

Barre & Babies

This is a blended mobile and non-mobile class for babies 8 weeks to 18 months. Get your workout in, while spending time with your little one! Babies are safely incorporated into this barre fitness class, and moms are encouraged to work at their own pace. Babies cry, need to eat, need to be changed and need to be snuggled, and we totally get that, so never feel like you're impacting the class by meeting your child's needs. Please bring a sling or baby carrier, receiving blanket(s) and anything else you feel your little one will need!
